Music has the gift of breaking through to connect with people, no matter how thick the walls around them seem. It is able to express the unspeakable. Makes you feel again. Disentangles knots. Gives you back to yourself.
Feelings create soundscapes inside of me, I think in sounds. Your mood and emotions turn into melodes carrying what's going on inside of you. And I can feel it, I can sense it.
During a SENSE SESSION, It's this very personal and individual melody I want to give to you - and thus a piece of yourself. To help you feel again. Get in touch with yourself again. Reconnect with yourself again.
OFFERINGS
1:1 SESSION IN PERSON
You will receive your Sense Session live in a safe and cozy environment in/near Wuerzburg.
After connecting with your body through your breath you can enjoy your personal melody in every position which feels comfortable to you.
You will be guided through the whole process icluding a closing ritual.
1:1 SESSION ONLINE
You will receive your Sense Session through Zoom - wherever you are in the world.
After connecting with your body through your breath you can enjoy your personal melody in every position which feels comfortable to you.
You will be guided through the whole process icluding a closing ritual.
GROUP SESSION
On a monthly regular base there will be group sessions in a safe and cozy environment in/near Wuerzburg.
(* Other group sessions on demand.)
Every participant will add his/her personal tone to the melody - like different piano keys creating a song together.
This is less intense than a 1:1 session but offers a great opportunity to feel connected with other people and become familiar with experience in general.
